This site is informational. Details about services, timelines and processes are general; the actual scope of any repair is defined in the written estimate handed to you at the shop.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and provided in writing. An estimate is not a final invoice: if teardown reveals damage that was not visible, it is documented and submitted as a supplement for your approval (or your insurer's) before work continues.

Warranty

Warranty terms are provided in writing at the time of repair and cover the work we perform. Parts carry the warranty of their manufacturer or distributor.
