What we collect

When you use the estimate form or the feedback form on this site, we collect only what you type: your name, your phone or email, the vehicle, the city and a description of the damage. The estimate form opens your own messaging app — nothing reaches us until you press send.

Private feedback

If you leave a one- to four-star rating with a comment, that comment is saved so the owners can read it and respond. It is not published on this site or anywhere else.

Cookies and analytics

We use browser local storage to remember your cookie choice and to keep a basic count of which pages get visited. If Google Analytics is enabled, that tool sets its own cookies; you can decline them in the cookie notice. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.

Who we share it with

If your repair goes through insurance, we share with your insurer only what the claim requires — the estimate, damage photos and supplements. Nothing else.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
